1、What is Injection Moulding?  Injection molding (British English: moulding) is a manufacturing process for producing parts from bothInjection Molding thermoplastic and thermosetting plastic materials. Material is fed into a heated barrel, mixed, and forced into a mold cavity where it cools and hardens to the configuration of the cavity. After a product is designed, usually by an industrial designer or an engineer, molds are made by a moldmaker (or toolmaker) from metal, usually either steel or aluminum, and precision-machined to form the features of the desired part. Injection molding is widely used for manufacturing a variety of parts, from the smallest component to entire body panels of cars.

 Place order and confirm the deposit.



 Mould design for customer’s approval



 Only after design approval, can mould making be started.



 Processes reported will be sent aperiodically.



 5-20pcs ( depends on products) qualified samples will be sent to customer for approval



 Sample approval or modify the mold until sample approved.



 Pack the mould for shipment.

 *Customer can also request to make prototype before the injection mould starts.

**The mold can be kept in factory for future injection production which only follow your order.

3、What is your major products & service? 

Authenticated by SGS and ISO, we are able to provide customers with plastic mould, injection moulding, various plastic products, like, Electric device, Auto Parts, Medical Equipment, Office Equipment, Sports Equipment, Communication Tool, and Daily Necessity etc. one station service

At present, our major finished products are clocks, alarm clock and wall clock, exported to Japanese market.

One station service is accepted. From mould design, mould making, injection molding, to plastic products assembly.

4、How to calculate the mould cost? 

To work out the price for mold and the plastic product, the following information must be clear for EACH SINGLE parts, not the assembled product:
1. size: (length*width*height) , which determines the mold cost;

2, weight: which decides the unit price;
3, material: pls specify the type and requirement, like, PP with food grade, or ABS Vo grade. This certainly affects the unit price;
4, color and finish: certain color make unit price different, and the different finish requests different mold cost;
5, order quantity: the more you order, the lower unit price will be
6, requested mold steel or working life: better steel ensures your mold produce more products before its broken, but also cost more;
7, requested mold cavity quantity: the more cavity, the more mold cost
8, part layout: pls advise which parts will be in one mold.
Last but not least, we need to know the structure of each parts, to analyze the mold solution. There are three ways to help us:
1, 3D drawing or actual sample, the best way.
2, 2D drawing with complete dimension for each parts
3, clear photos for each parts, and most important, with more angle views to show ALL the features.
It is not hard to conclude that if you get a quotation without the above details, you are likely to be informed that the price need to change for some reason any time.
Therefore, we will appreciate if you help us to understand them when you enquiry.
5、What about the sample? Generally, 5-20pcs (depends on the products) samples will be sent to customer for approval, after we have tested the mould in our injection department. The bigger quantity sample is acceptable if customers have agreed to pay the raw material cost and claimed so in advance.
6、What about the after service? Customers are free to ask us to produce the plastic products after the plastic mould is done. The maintenance is under our responsibility, during the normal working life, if the mould kept in our factory for production. In another words, customers are free from worry about the mould conditions. The responsibility will be stopped if the mould is transferred to other factory for production, because there may be artificial damage caused during injection, which is not controlled by us.
7、How to qualify the mould? After enquiry received, our engineers will analyze the drawing or samples and exchange the opinion about the potential difficulty or invisible problem. If needed, we will suggest right solution accordingly to make good plastic products while cutting cost.

Our quotation will be worked out after the initial mould design or products requirements are clear. In another words, both of two parties will understand whether the project is workable and what the right solution is before the price come out.

After order confirmed and the deposit received, our engineer will offer an analysis, in which customers will get the information including gate location, ejector pin location and other design details. For complex products, or large size products, especially those need hot runner, we will adopt mold flow analysis which can predict the potential defective or flaw, by simulating the injection molding processes, as shown in the picture below. In this way, customers will know the product condition before the mould making. Only after design approved, mould making can be started.

During the mould making process, we will apply the precision machines, for example, CNC machining, EDM, wire-cutting, especially, the 2.5 dimension measuring to check the electrode, parts, and products. In this way, we will find out the unexpected mistake in advance. In another words, it allows us to provide the good quality while saving the time and cost.
